for some reason, the turns are way off again. nothing was changed at all. All the wheels were loose and then tightened again to make sure there was no space between the wheel and any other part making the wheels a stop wabbling. we had to change all the turns again but we hope that this change would be enough.

4/19/18

We tightened the front right wheel but that took a bit of time but we got to work. I got a figure 8 to work a few times but before that, the turns got sharper due to the wheel not being lost anymore. this took time but we got the figure 8 down

we had to let the robot battery charge for a good part of the period, however. got to test it out a few more times. it seems that turns changed a lot, the bot turns to far. it's odd because even at full charge the change wasn't so drastic. a wheel was a bit wobbly so next time we will fix it.

We have not finished the robot's claw yet, but we did do most of the bot on Solidworks. although not finished progress is progress  and by the next time we're in class we should be done with it

With more man power we should have advanced more however the batter need to  charge sop we didn't modify the program much. what our team mostly did was get the parts we need to build the bots via Soildwork. It took us a while to get the parts but we did it and stared mating all the parts to get the base of the bot.

Today 1/2 of our team had to leave to do the SAT. As such what was left of our team had to join with another incomplete team the Spetznaz 2.0 who was missing to team member because he was sick. Together modified our figure 8 program because for some reason our program doesn't work anymore. the turns are not as sharp as they were late time probably because the battery is not charged

4/5/18

Today our team got our bot to do a single figure 8. At that moment Mr.Martin informed us we have to do 2 figure 8. Despite this set back the gearheads will keep moving forward and we shall complete 2 figure 8 and soon

4/3/18

Our team has started to program our bot to do the figure 8. we have decided that instead of putting both motors at max power when turning only one should do the work making it skit less and makes it easier to make arguments.

This week we finished the Building of the robot and learned how to code our robot so we need to finish it. So at the start of the week we had roughly half the robot done from just working on it whenever we had time, after that we had finished it up. Mr. Martin told us to 3D print some battery straps for our robot so we hope to get that done ASAP. Our coding is decent but we need to fine tune some things.

Week 2 Engineering Notebook

This week we are almost finished with dissembling our robot and are going to start working on designing the new one to build. we also stared our blog (obviously). We will soon be actually building our robot as well.

Week One Engineering Notebook

Today we stared our blog and looked for Soildworks parts. We failed at both of these task so we will finish next time we're here. We wasted time messing around but we got our blog up. We have chosen to build claw bot because we find it to be cooler then square bot.
